kristaphillips I was contemplating my blog for today while sitting on the couch nursing a nasty headache after work. My hubby, sweet guy that he is, was washing up dishes and getting ready to grill out for dinner.
I called back to him and said, “Honey, have I told you lately that I love you?”
He replied, “Mmmmhmmm.”
Then I broke out into a sappy rendition of the song, “Have I told you lately that I love you” although I forgot the words to it two stanza’s in. Yeah, I’m not known for my singing abilities so even though my heart meant it, I’m surprised Scott didn’t plug his ears.
Now that I think about it, my back was to him, so maybe he did…
Then it hit me! Music Monday! Blog post! PERFECT!
