Fat Friday: Week 12

Short post this Friday:

I’m up .5 pounds… but that isn’t bad considering I’m a HUGE stress eater and I’ve tried really hard to control that this week. So a half of a pound … I’m fine with that. It could have been MUCH MUCH worse.

Daddy’s doing better this morning, having some difficulties getting a big enough breath but so far everything looks good. THANK YOU JESUS!!!!

Anyone else have fat friday results to share??

Hey, girl! I'm so glad you're dad is doing better! That's what's important!

For some reason I've been getting up earlier this week than I usually do. If that continues, I'm going to have to fill that spot with exercise. Double boo. 🙁 But I know I should!

I'm refusing to go near a scale this week….maybe we can talk about it next week?

I'm glad your dad is doing better! That is such wonderful news 🙂

    Hey Krista,

I'm glad your dad is better!

I had a dream last night where, for no reason whatsoever, I gained weight at an alarming rate…just literally blew up overnight. Eeek! LOL

And, half a pound is NOTHING. It's like, an extra camisole or something, or a few sips of coffee. 🙂 No worries!

    Have a wonderful weekend!

My progress is that I'm wearing a pair of jeans right now that was too tight last week.

Still praying for you and your family.

Hope your dad continues his progress!

I walked two miles last night. Yay!

Then I consumed way too much Schuler's Barcheeze. Nay.

    🙂

    Have a great weekend!

So glad to hear the update on your dad.

My update? Still holding steady no matter what I do. Could be worse. However, we're entering football season at our house (married to a coach and my son plays) therefore we eat out more while trying to get to and from games. I'll have to be careful for sure.

Hey, KP! Praying for your daddy…

I've lost exactly 20 pounds!!! WHOO HOO! That's 3.6 this week. 20 down, 120 to go.

Ah, don't sweat it this week! Sometimes life is just too important and short to sweat the small stuff, right? Glad to hear your dad is doing well!

I'd say you had plenty of motivation to stress, so good job. I'm glad to hear that things are looking good for your dad. God is good. (Can I toss in another good?)

So glad your dad is better. May he continue to improve, please Lord.

I haven't been on a scale for a couple of months, but I can tell my clothes are tighter, especially my pants. Oh, boogers! I am a stress and writing eater, too. Since my life is full of both, guess what I do too much of?
