Lacy

I just had to share a quick story cause it made my heart feel so good!

I am sitting here reading my MSS, doing little edits as I go. I have read it all but in many different settings, and it has been a while since I sat down and read it through all the way, so I am trying to do so.

anyway, I am at one of my favorite parts of the book, and am like ‘eeeee’ for the charactors and am cheering them on, excited for them. I am kinda dumb, I get into books alot, and evidently even my own!

Lacy came up to me and says, “Mommy, what are you so excited about?”

I smiled and replied, “My book!”

Lacy’s face lite up and she exclaimed, “Aww! Did you finish it??”

I nodded my head.

Lacy then threw her arms around my neck and hugged me tight. “I’m so proud of you momma!”

It was so sweet I almost cried! Ok fine, I did a little.

Ok, so I am back to my book… I’m at the good part!!
